PAISLEY RETURNS Saturn returns, Jupiter returns… and Paisley returns! Having been in retrograde for the past decade or so, the Paisley pattern is in fashion again. A vogueish Boteh class. The pattern in the carpet. A Paisley carpet in pink and green on copper. Or orange and red. Or yellow and brown. Or... whatever you like! Some December fun. I have chosen every singular object or picture carefully as each will help transmit a certain aspect of the principles of oil painting and picture making. These images are starting points only; we will entirely create our own artworks.
